Decipher VoiceMail does not pull data directly off your live iPhone. Instead, it reads the local backup of your device stored on your computer. Step 1: Back Up Your iPhone
Before opening the app, connect your iPhone to your computer via USB. Use the Finder (on Mac) or iTunes (on Windows) to create a local backup.(Alternatively, you can use the companion tool, Decipher TextMessage, which features a custom “Voicemails Only” backup setting to save time and disk space). Open Decipher VoiceMail on your computer. The program will automatically scan your hard drive for existing iTunes or Finder backups and display your device in the left-hand column. Step 3: Browse and Listen
